Returns/exchanges are not accepted for final-sale items, special orders, or installed items. Monogrammed, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged unless damaged or defective. If the order has been produced or shipped, the customer will automatically receive a refund applied to the original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee, typically within 15 business days.
